This free exercise video teaches pelvic floor safe strength exercises for improving leg, back and upper body strength whilst supporting and protecting the pelvic floor. The exercises included are readily performed at home and require little equipment.

Strength exercises for women in this video

    • Weighted ball wall squats – for leg strengthening and toning;
    • Low dumb bell row – for mid back strengthening;
    • Seated biceps curls – to strengthen the upper arms;
    • Seated rotator cuff – shoulder and upper middle back strength exercises; and
    • Seated triceps extension exercises- for strengthening and toning the back of the upper arms.
