This audio program involves 4 progressive therapy sessions. The sessions are designed to be completed and practiced in the order presented. Each session builds upon prior learning and skills developed in the previous sessions.

Learn how to position your body for relaxation and mindfulness.
Session 1. Diaphragmatic breathing
Also known as ‘Yoga breathing’ or ‘belly breathing’, this is a core skill for relaxation. This session guides you through using the correct breathing technique to use during your everyday activities for managing stress and relieving pain and muscle spasm.
Session 2. Whole Body Relaxation and Body Scanning
Learn how to identify areas of muscle tension, relax your whole body and train a mindful approach in reacting to changed sensations in the body.
Session 3. Pelvic Floor Relaxation and Desensitisation
Specific pelvic floor muscle relaxation and pelvic pain management training designed to improve physical comfort and retrain neural pathways associated with pain centers in the brain.
Session 4. Pelvic Floor Exercises (Kegels)
Pelvic floor relaxation and how to start pelvic floor muscle training for restoring pelvic floor strength and control for sufferers of pelvic pain.
