Our strict privacy policy is implemented to protect the identity of all of our customers. We never reveal any personal information we obtain via the ordering process or via online comments we receive.

When you order via our secure site, the only personal information we receive is your name, delivery address and email address. Your email address is obtained only for the purpose of contacting you if necessary regarding the status of your order. You have the option of providing your phone number when ordering, again only as a means of us contacting you regarding your order. You are most welcome to order under another assumed name and PO Box to ensure your complete anonymity.

In order to keep your purchase discreet and private, you will receive your goods as having been sent from “Healthy Resolutions Pty Ltd”, rather than from “Pelvic Exercises”.

Secure Payment

Secure Pay holds the highest possible level of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) accreditation. Secure Pay is a business of Australia Post and implements strict security standards for Visa and MasterCard schemes.

Out website pelvicexercises.com.au never has access to your full credit card details when you place an online order with us. All electronic payments made through our checkout are processed either by by PayPal or Secure Pay a major Australian provider of secure electronic payment services.

Returns Policy

We will replace faulty goods within 12 months of purchase. Please contact us prior to the return of any item to receive instructions regarding the returns process before returning any product. Should you have specific questions in relation to a particular product we kindly ask that you contact us via email before ordering.

I too have had prolapse surgery twice. I am currently in my early stages of recovery and I also found that advice from doctors, nurses and gym instructors was of no help. I went back to the gym after my first surgery and I am sure I damaged myself even further after the first surgery as my prolapse worsened over time. Thanks for a great site. I think there is a real need to bring such topics, such as pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence and prolapse issues out of the closet and bring a greater understanding and awareness to the entire public. Thank you for posting the exercise videos on YouTube showing how to exercise properly while living with uterine prolapse. I have both rectocele and cystocele and would like to do strength training,but am afraid to do it improperly out of fear of making the prolapse worse. This isn't good as this means I'm not getting any exercise at all, and not helping my weight problem. I like other women in your book made my problem worse with pilates and boot camps. I was verydepressed when my surgeon made me promise I would not go back to the gym.
