Pelvic Exercises acknowledges the intimate nature of some of our products. We therefore have a strict privacy policy implemented. We guarantee never to reveal any personal information we obtain via the ordering process.

When ordering via Pelvic Exercises the only personal information we have is your name, delivery address and email address. Your email address is obtained only for the purpose of contacting you if necessary regarding the status of your order. You have the option of providing your phone number when ordering, again only as a means of us contacting you regarding your order. You are most welcome to order under another assumed name and PO Box to ensure your complete anonymity.

When sending your goods we aim for complete discretion and to respect your privacy. For this reason, you will receive your Pelvic Exercises goods as having been sent from “Healthy Resolutions Pty Ltd”, rather than from “Pelvic Exercises”.

Pelvic Exercises has no access to your credit card details when you order from us. Our online electronic payments are processed by PayPal or Cam Tech a subsidiary of Secure Pay a major Australian provider of secure electronic payment services.

 

Returns

Pelvic Exercises will always honour the manufacturer’s warranty or replacement refund. If proven to be faulty when used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for use, Pelvic Exercises will replace your goods within 12 months of purchase.  Please email us prior to the return of any item to receive instructions regarding the returns process before returning any product

Owing to the nature of our products, we know you will understand that we are unable to accept returns other than the unlikely event that a product is found to be faulty. Should you have specific questions in relation to a particular product we kindly ask that you contact us via email before ordering.
