    Thanks so much for your demonstration videos. I practised before I had my hyster, so I would have a sort of muscle memory of what to do.  The morning after my op I was able to get In and out of bed with no dramas, and the breathing, calf stretches etc were also really helpful. I was discharged from hospital two days early!
