Michelle Kenway Physiotherapist
Michelle Kenway is a Brisbane-based physiotherapist. Her role as consulting physiotherapist in the Women’s Health Unit, Mater Private Hospital Redlands and her long-term experience as a private practitioner in women’s health have provided her with understanding of the health and fitness challenges confronting women through their life stages. Michelle has worked with Pelvic Exercises since 2009 and is committed to providing quality professional online information and support to women with pelvic floor problems. Michelle approves our content and responds to online comments.

Experience & Knowledge
Michelle has developed and conducted popular evidence-based exercise classes for women for 14 years. She continues to conduct weekly exercise classes teaching women how to exercise appropriately for: pelvic floor dysfunction, osteoporosis and bone health, spinal problems, pregnancy and post-partum.
Michelle has conducted her own busy private practice for many years treating women for pelvic floor dysfunction, bone health exercise prescription and pre and post operative gynaecological surgery. Michelle acted as consulting physiotherapist for Mater Redlands Women’s Health Unit from 2002- 2010 providing postnatal and post gynaecological physiotherapy treatment for inpatients. Michelle is an active member of the Continence Foundation of Australia, particularly with respect to the Pelvic Floor First Project.
Michelle’s goal is to provide women with the information and understanding to enable them to exercise safely and effectively throughout the life stages, for their long-term health and well being.
